REM with We Are Scientists as the warm up band played at Palaolimpico in Torino (Turin) last night. Of course Tim happened to stumple across a gratis ticket, and went with a couple of the beautiful girlfriends friends. An excellent gig! Here’s some photos – sorry we were not nearer the stage but this really is a massive venue. Newly build for the 2006 Winter Olympics, and home to the ice hockey arena.

Anyway, a second-half goal from Alessandro Del Piero was enough for Juventus to see off the challenge of Zenit and send these muppets back to St Petersburg, Russia, in their Champions League Group H opening game.
Go on Juve!
1870 Huntsman in Turin (Torino), ITALY. Hi everyone. Can’t wait to see you all again when I get back to Turin in a few months.

Apart from that, the beer is all good, as is the Piccadilly Burger, and the English Breakfast on a Saturday when Anne is working.
Here’s the pictures at last from Dinosaur Jr last week at Hiroshima in Turin.

Some sad bastard who videoed the whole gig
